The Vail Board of Realtors® offers two facility spaces for groups of 12 to 42 people. With upgraded projection systems in each room, we have everything you need to host meetings, training sessions, and professional gatherings.

The VBR office has two spaces available which include a Boardroom and Multi-Purpose room. 


The Boardroom at the Vail Board of Realtors® office can accommodate up to 12 people. This spacious room has a full wall of windows overlooking the Eagle River. The room is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. A contract and credit card is required to guarantee a requested date.

Non-member Rental Rates

  • Full/Half Day Rental: $100

Member Rental Rates

  • Full/Half Day Rental: $50
  • Two Hour Rental: Complimentary (two times per year)

Multi-Purpose Room

The Vail Board of Realtors® offers a state of the art, multi-media facility for meetings and classes. Our Multi-Purpose Room can accommodate up to 42 guests in a classroom setting. The room is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. A contract and credit card is required to guarantee a requested date.

The Vail Board of Realtors® is a local membership for about 700 real estate professionals in the Vail Valley. We provide our members with tools and resources to help our members achieve success in their career. To become a member please complete an application and submit it to the VBR Office. 

Become a Realtor®:

  • Complete a  pdf Realtor and Appraiser Application (390 KB)
  • Return the application to the Vail Board of Realtors® along with a copy of your active license and payment. 
  • Attend a mandatory New Member Orientation at the Vail Board of Realtors® office.

Application Requirements 

Thank you for your interest in joining the Vail Board of Realtors®. In order to process your membership application, please be sure to include the following with your completed application signed by your Managing Broker and the following items:

  • Copy of your real estate license.
  • A letter of Good Standing from your primary/former association, if you are currently a member of NAR with another local REALTOR® association.
  • Complete a 4-hour Code of Ethics & Professional Practice in-person at the Vail Board of Realtors®. Must be completed within 90 days of membership activation.
  • Complete New Member Orientation Course within two-course offerings.

Processing Timeline 

Once we receive your completed applications it will take on average of three business days to process. 

We will send you a confirmation welcome email that will include. 

  • Receipt
  • login ID
  • Information about NAR ethics and new member orientation 

Annual Dues 

Each year members will receive annual dues statements in November and have until January 1st to make payment. These invoices are sent by email to each member.

The Vail Board of Realtors® currently has no available position. 

REALTOR® of the Year is selected by the Realtor® of the Year Committee.  Nominations for this award are accepted from any Primary Realtor® in good standing.  The broker receiving the Realtor® of the Year award has been a member of VBR for a minimum of 5 years and has played a significant role in VBR and the VBR Board.  The recipient must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, cooperation with other Realtors®, and high ethical standards.  Other considerations are (but not mandatory) civic activity, participation in CARHOF and PSF, or active at the state level in CAR.

Affiliate of the Year is selected by VBR members.  Nominations for this award are accepted from Realtor® members in good standing. After being nominated the individuals are voted on by Realtors® and announced at the VBR Annual Installation each year.  The following criteria are considered when nominating an affiliate member for this award.

2. Delivers excellent service to customers

3. Is active in the community

4. Consistently supports the activities of the Vail Board of Realtors® and all of its Affiliates.
