Community Support
The Vail Board of Realtors® Foundation assists the community and association members with need based financial assistance, not-for-profit support, education and disaster relief. VBRF gave $81,000 to the community in 2020, including 21 academic scholarships, assistance to 2 families, and support to 15 nonprofits
Attainable Housing
Eagle County Housing and Development Authority's "Bold Moves" initiative supports our local workforce in purchasing homes in a challenging residential real estate market. Bold Moves includes Down Payment Assistance through the Eagle County Loan Fund, and "Good Deeds," an incentive to add a deed restriction to an open market home in exchange for a cash contribution at closing.

Free Wildfire Assessments
REALFire® is a voluntary property assessment program in Eagle County. REALFire® helps residents identify specific actions they can take on their property to reduce wildfire hazards.
To apply, complete an application for an assessment with a qualified, local wildfire mitigation specialist.
